La Luz är namnet på ett surf-klingande band från Seattle. Med sin tillbakalutade surfpop som doftar 60-tal och USAs västkust är La Luz omöjliga att motstå. Deras andra album, Weirdo Shrine, släpps den 7 augusti på Hardly Art Records (Jacuzzi Boys, La Sera m.fl.) och är inspelat med ingen mindre än Ty Segall.
