The first major international event dedicated to electronic music that took place in the Capital returns after seven years to the city where it made history and set audience records. It was the first festival dedicated to the genre in Bucharest that was sold-out, thanks to the icons Tiesto and Don Diablo.
On March 21, “Don’t Let Daddy Know” brings to Bucharest superstars of electronic music from the top 10 in the world, in a megaproduction that will transform the huge indoor space at Laminor Arena into the largest dance floor in Romania.
The news is officially confirmed on the festival website, along with a TEASER dedicated to fun lovers in Romania.
Steve Aoki, the first top DJ at Don’t Let Daddy Know, Bucharest 2025
The first promoter of the #DLDKRomania fun officially announced is Steve Aoki, whose explosive and “tasty” show is extremely appreciated by Romanians. Nominated twice for the Grammy and entered the Guinness Book of Records with the most live appearances in a year (161 in 41 countries), the Japanese American is preparing to make history with the show in Bucharest, but also with a future SpaceX mission with a civilian crew, to be the first musician in the world to reach outer space.
In the coming days we will find out which of the big names will lead the show on March 21, this year, at Laminor Arena. Afrojack, Don Diablo, Nicky Romero, Third Party are just a few of the stars associated with the “Don’t Let Daddy Know” concept.
The mega-production of sound and lights, which opens the list of major festivals in 2025 in Romania, places our country on the world map of “Don’t Let Daddy Know” events, alongside the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong, Brazil, Macao, Japan, Thailand, South Korea and Mexico.
