  
We are at the UNTOLD festival, the 2023 edition, in the second evening, and it's as if something is in the air, a certain special charge, a special thrill can be felt as it penetrates the souls of the festival participants. Something urged him, by the hundreds and the thousands, to head towards the stadium, early on.
On the one hand, the fault lies with the special security measures instituted tonight, which, among other things, provide for the closing of the arena at 9 p.m., but an even greater fault for this state of affairs is borne by the very band that will enter the stage in around 10 p.m., none other than the undisputed world stars, the band Imagine Dragons.
For many, the presence of the band in the extraordinary line-up of this edition of the UNTOLD festival is the main reason why they bought a ticket to this festival, so you can imagine the pressure in the air this evening.
And look, what seemed impossible or too hard to believe could happen in Romania too soon, is happening this evening at UNTOLD, and this fact makes the tension in the stadium, before the start of the concert, so intense, so you could cut it with a knife. Another reason is the extreme crowding that is expected at the stadium, because its capacity more than likely cannot accommodate the almost two hundred thousand people expected this evening to pass the gates of the festival.
And look, the long-awaited moment happened, of course with noise and an extraordinary explosion of confetti, which caused all the tension accumulated throughout the day to be replaced by an immense release and an explosion of good cheer, of voices that sing in unison
"I love you and thank you for being here. I'm glad to be in this wonderful city," said Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds
One after another, the already established songs followed, including "Whatever It Takes", "Bad Liar", "Thunder", "Enemy" or "Beliver". The audience sang in unison with Dan Reynolds who made his appearance on the stadium in nothing but shorts, to the delight of the fairer sex, especially as a very large part of the time, he made numerous and long forays onto the podium which this time advanced quite deep towards the middle of the stadium. The sound was impeccable, everything unfolded in a perfect flow of movements, of sounds, in which Dan Reynolds wanted to be as close as possible to the audience that loves him with an intensity that is hard to imagine.
It was complete madness, with explosions of confetti, multicolored fireworks, voices that sang in unison, hearts that flew as if more intensely than ever. Thanks for the magic, Imagine Dragons.
The only disadvantage of such an event, in such a location, is the fact that the decision can be made to close the Arena, in order to limit its overcrowding, a fact that happened, so that thousands of festival-goers woke up put in the not-so-pleasant situation of watching the Imagine Dragons concert through the bars of the Cluj Arena.
A unique night, an experience that should be repeated, maybe in a concert of its own, on its own. Thank you for bringing us closer to the stars, Imagine Dragons, for the state of grace |
