  
Neversea, the music festival organized by the sea, returns in 2023 for the fifth edition. which will take place between July 6-9, in Constanta.
One of the names announced is Lil Pump, one of the biggest rap artists in the world. Gazzy Garcia, known by his stage name Lil Pump, is one of the biggest artists in the rap genre. Lil Pump is mostly appreciated because of his rise on the streaming platform SoundCloud. The artist integrated into his music elements from the minimalist genre, a detail that is in antithesis with his hyperactive personality. He became a key player in the rap spectrum in 2017 when he released his debut album titled 'Lil Pump'
For the first time in Romania, Lil Uzi Vert, the American rapper who received the diamond disc, will take to the main stage by the sea.
Lil Uzi Vert is a songwriter and artist, promoter of the emo rap style, who surprised with facial tattoos, eccentric hairstyles and androgynous clothing. Also on the main stage will be J Balvin, the most listened to Latino artist. The global icon with the most viewed video by a Latin artist of all time, over 1.8 billion views, returns to Neversea.
The line-up also includes Lost Frequencies, Steve Aoki, Tujamo, Paul Kalkbrenner, Claptone, Vini Vici and many others.

Lil Pump, Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Pump, Alok, Don Diablo, Morten, SOFI TUKKER, Grasu XXL Live, Nicole Cherry, Rareș x Adi Istrate x Erika Isac, Spike Live and Ștefania are among the artists who will take the mainstage.
The ARK stage presents this summer the most famous names in trap, hip-hop, trip-hop and dubstep: Amuly, Azteca, Berechet, Dub FX & Woodnote, Gheboasa, Ian, IDK, Killa Fonic, Macanache, Marko Glass Ft. BVCOVIA, M.G.L., Nane, OG Eastbull, Oscar, Paraziții, Petre Ștefan, Phunk B, Puya, Rava, Șatra B.E.N.Z., Specii and Yny Sebi.
