  
In 2023, Metalhead Meeting celebrates 10 years since the first edition and returns to the 3-day format and will take place between May 26 and 28 at Romexpo, outdoors. The headliner of the festival is the American band PANTERA, the band considered to be one of the greatest metal bands of all time. The band will take the stage on Saturday, May 27. Phil and Rex sing with Charlie Benante from Anthrax and Zakk Wylde.
On the poster we also find VV (Ville Valo), Life of Agony, Korpiklaani, Leprous, Beast In Black, Beyond the Black, Last Hope and many others!
The festival takes place in Parking C at Romexpo. Access will be through Entrance C, from Expozitiei Boulevard, starting on May 26 at 5:00 p.m. and the concerts start at 5:10 p.m. on the Second Stage and 5:30 p.m. on the Main Stage. After the gates open, you can arrive at any time you want to see your favorite bands. The event takes place outdoors.

We also have a Food Court with generous Food Trucks as well as bars, the public having a choice of both food and drinks from a varied range of options. In the perimeter of the festival there will also be a merchandise area in category B. Of course there will be toilets.
1. Access is prohibited with:
- bottles, cans;
- food or drinks of any kind;
- fireworks, weapons, dangerous objects;
- laser objects (eg pointers, laser lighters);
- umbrellas (please come with capes if rain is forecast);
- professional or semi-professional photo/video cameras (with removable lens);
- professional or semi-professional audio-video recording devices;
- Pets;
- people with medical problems must have clear evidence on them to be able to enter the concert with the necessary medicines.
The organizers will NOT store and NOT guard the objects presented in the list above during the event!
Upon entering the perimeter of the event, all participants will be searched by security agents.
The organizers inform the participating public that the performances include strong lights that can affect epileptic people.
A doctor will be present at Romexpo who can provide First Aid in case of need.

3. CHILDREN'S ACCESS
- Children under 7 have free access accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket.
- The access of minors under 14 years old is done only on the basis of a ticket and only if they are accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket.
- The organizers do not recommend the presence of children at the concert without protective helmets! Very loud noise can damage the hearing of little ones.
Access is available ONLY from Expozitiei Boulevard at the barrier.
Fans with Category A, Category B and VIP subscription tickets receive wristbands that are valid for the entire duration of the festival. Fans who have one-day tickets valid for Category B will not receive wristbands.
4. Categories of tickets and bracelets
- Access to the event space will be allowed to only one person based on the valid ticket. Season ticket holders will be able to enter and exit during the festival. Holders of one-day tickets will not receive wristbands, and access will be allowed only once, after scanning the ticket. The ticket on the basis of which the access will be made must be kept for the entire duration of the concert.
- Leaving the concert perimeter, after validating the one-day ticket, will be strictly prohibited. People with one-day tickets who want to leave the event area can do so, but if they want to re-enter, they will have to buy other tickets.
All season ticket holders will receive special bracelets that allow them access to the area where they have tickets. The bracelets must be kept on the hand, exactly as they were put on, pit's the whole duration of the concert. The bracelets are not transferable and must not be damaged during the entire event.
- VIP category - On the high platform, close to the stage. VIP ticket holders have access to all ticket categories
- Category A - standing, in front of the stage; category A ticket holders do not have access to the VIP category, but they do have access to category B
- Category B - standing behind category A. Category B ticket holders are not allowed to enter category A or VIP category
- Day tickets - standing behind category A - Day ticket holders are not allowed to enter category A or VIP category. They will not receive a bracelet and leaving the concert perimeter is strictly prohibited after ticket validation.
