  
There are only four months left until Electric Castle kicks off, and the organizers have announced the full line-up.
Headliners include Macklemore, Chemical Brothers, Iggy Pop, George Ezra, Pendulum, and Jamie xx.
Besides them, 300 other artists will bring live music and the experience of an unforgettable festival.
The more than 300 artists and DJs arrive on the grounds of the Banffy castle in Bonțida, between July 19 and 23, at the 9th edition of the festival.
Macklemore is the first rap artist to headline an Electric Castle edition. The artist managed to remain memorable with "Thrift Shop", "Heroes" or "Same Love". This summer, at his first concert in Romania, he comes with a recently released album and a show to make up for his absence from the stages in recent years.
Jamie xx joins The Chemical Brothers and Peggy Gou in the electronic music headliners category. The artist behind the phenomenon The xx has focused on his solo career in recent years and is recognized as an expert in live improvisation.
No less than 11 stages await you at Electric Castle this year
Renate Rozenberg, PR Electric Castle: “Two much-loved scenes are also coming back - the reggae, hip hop and trap scene. We have for the first time, after many years, an indoor stage, designed like a club, a much larger area. It will be completely different so that over 20,000 people will sit there and feel a very intense 24/7 experience."
The line-up is completed by Romanian artists such as: Ian, Oscar, Șatra BENZ, Bitză, Nane or Macanache.
The price of tickets starts from 100 euros and reaches 300. Money to which you have to add at least 40 euros for a place in EC Village, the festival campsite. But you have to hurry, because the organizers announce that the accommodation places are almost sold out. |
