About the Mogoșoaia domain
The concerts and alternative activities during the three days of the Fall in Love Festival will take place on the over 12 hectares of one of the most important historical buildings in Romania - the Mogoșoaia Palace. Located approximately 15 kilometers from Bucharest, in a secular park on the left bank of the Colentina River, the estate has witnessed the stories written over three hundred years of history.
The Mogoșoaia Palace is a true masterpiece, being registered on the national list of historical monuments. It was built between 1698 and 1702 by Constantin Brâncoveanu, in the so-called Renaissance or Brâncovean style, a mixture of Venetian and Ottoman elements. The palace is named after the widow of the Romanian nobleman Mogoș, who owned the land on which the building was built.
