Steve Hackett - Lyric Video - The Wheel's Turning

Music pioneer Steve Hackett has announced the release of his new solo album Wolflight which will be unleashed on 30th March 2015.

Now he is pleased to launch a lyric video for the first full track to be taken from the album in the shape of ‘The Wheel’s Turning’.

Steve had this to say about the song: “In contrast to the primal and gothic nature of much of the album, 'The Wheel's Turning' has a fun and nostalgic vibe. It recaptures my childhood memories of London's Battersea Funfair, which gave me hours of joy and challenge in an otherwise grey world. Take that trip back in time with me, fasten your seat belt and enjoy the ride...”

A teaser trailer for the album, featuring snippets of new music plus some insight from Steve himself, can be viewed here:

Steve recently announced that Roine Stolt (Transatlantic, The Flower Kings) would be joining him on bass and 12-string guitar for his Acolyte to Wolflight with Genesis Revisited UK tour in October.
