HIM PREMIERE NEW VIDEO 'ALL LIPS GO BLUE'
Finnish rockers HIM have premiered their new music video for “All Lips Go Blue”
The track is from the band’s new album, Tears On Tape (Cooking Vinyl)
The video for “All Lips Go Blue” was created by award winning director Eugene Riecansky who also directed HIM’s video “Scared To Death” alongside more recent videos like Madonna’s “Get Together.”
Tears On Tape is the Finnish rock band’s acclaimed eighth album and was recorded in their home country with producer Hiili Hiilesmaaand mixed by long time-band associate, Tim Palmer (U2, Ozzy Osbourne, Pearl Jam, Robert Plant).
HIM recently played a sold out warm up show at London Dingwalls and will also be headlining the Pepsi Max stage at on June 14th at this years Download Festival. Last week, HIM was awarded the Revolver’s Gold God Award for “Most Dedicated Fans,” beating out A Day to Remember, Black Label Society, Black Veil Brides, Slipknot and Rammstein.
Formed in 1992 by vocalist Ville Valo, guitarist Mikko “Linde” Lindström, and bassist Mikko “Migé” Paananen, HIM’s previous albums have seen them win a worldwide following, becoming the first Finnish act to achieve platinum sales in the U.S. To date, HIM has sold a combined 1.75 million albums and over 1 million digital tracks in North America.
