A 2 days festival in Umeå, Sweden, focuses on cross-border music, to let the quality. Discouraged Records as organizer was formed in Piteå in 2005 but since 2007 it is based in Umeå, with a strong focus on the northern music created here. Festival’s maximum capacity is about 450 visitors per day and there is only a 13-year limit, but 18 for the bar area.
