| This years W:O:A is around the corner, believe me, time flies by! As always we are really looking forward to this great heavy metal festival. It takes place in Wacken in Schleswig-Holstein in northern Germany. The first festival was held in 1990, and 2009 was an all time record, with all of the 70,000 tickets sold 200 days before the festival started. The dates for this years festival are 5/8 - 7/8.
