| Entremuralhas ENTREMURALHAS is an eclectic gothic festival which takes place at the beautiful and majestic CASTLE OF LEIRIA, in Portugal - a national monument with medieval and gothic architectural traces. The event is organized by FADE IN - Associação de Acção Cultural and is the summer extension of the FADEINFESTIVAL - an alternative music event that takes place almost continuously in the city of Leiria since 2001. Das Ich, Deine Lakaien, Diary Of Dreams, Diorama, Combichrist, In The Nursery, And Also The Trees, Woven Hand, Jarboe, Sieben, Von Magnet, Michael Gira, Qntal, Planningtorock, The Eternal Afflict, Warren Suicide, Sol Invictus, Rosa Crvx, Laibach, Ataraxia, Baby Dee, Eden Synthetic Corps, Collection D’arnell Andrea, Little Annie, Ordo Rosarius Equilibrium, Covenant, Project Pitchfork, Irfan, Ashram, Spiritual Front, Arcana, Narsilion, Trobar de Morte, Die Form, Diamanda Galás or Nitzer Ebb were some, amongst many others, that have already played live in Leiria through the FADE IN passionate yet highly professional work. This year's ENTREMURALHAS 2013 is scheduled for 23th through 25th of August. The first day will see Deine Lakaien playing on the city's municipal theater, Teatro José Lúcio da Silva and 12 cult bands will play in 3 different stages in several locations of the castle: Palco Igreja da Pena (Pena’s Church Stage), Palco Alma (Soul Stage) and Palco Corpo (Body Stage) will receive the live acts of Nachtmahr, Merciful Nuns, Spiritual Front, Triore, Lebanon Hanover and Der Blaue Reiter on the second day, and Kap Bambino, Soror Dolorosa, Qntal, Naevus Die Selektion and Roma Amor on the third day. In addition to the concerts, there will be conferences, fashion shows, video art, film screenings, sculpture and painting exhibitions, an alternative market place and parties with some of the best djs of the portuguese scene. Due to the extraordinary conditions of the ground morphology and the complex logistics of this unique event, and in order to respect the secular natural and patrimonial heritage of the environment that surrounds the several areas of the festival, ENTREMURALHAS has a limited access of 737 persons per day. http://fadeinaacultural.com/entremuralhas-2/entremuralhas-2013/ |
